BABYLONIAN GORGONEION: My partner Michael Bukowski has had his work stolen a number of times...

tumbleyond:

Ok, I suppose I should address this. Some dummo has been using my work without my permission to make a really low quality print to order book on amazon. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. For one, the quality and layout is awful. For two, I did NOT GIVE PERMISSION to this person to do this. For three, I am selling my own print versions of my drawings at my site, http://yog-blogsoth.blogspot.com/p/scary-store.html.

Expect a much longer winded rant in the future…

My partner Michael Bukowski has had his work stolen a number of times but this recently discovered piece of shit is next level.  A person named  is offering an expensive low quality print to order book of low res images stolen from Mike’s blog and an ebook version (hilarious because Mikes blog IS essentially a free ebook of these images).  It looks like this guy has done this several times simply adding his name as an author to books of stolen work.  If you see this  DO NOT BUY IT you are not getting a quality product and you ARE NOT supporting the artist who had nothing to do with this and is very concerned about the quality of the products he does make. If you see this mentioned in forums call it out as what it is, STOLEN. If you want to support Mike and his work you can follow his blog here and you can buy the high quality professionally printed and hand assembled zines HE makes of his work.  On a personal note FUCK THIS GUY and fuck everyone who steals from hard working artists you are a bunch of parasitic creeps.

I have been introduced to Michael Bukowski’s amazing and extensive body of work nearly a year ago. Therefore, it pains me to discover that his amazing illustrations are currently being sold by this douche, Boris Lariushin. Hope Boris will get lost in an invisible labyrinth on planet Venus while running away from space lizardmen.

It’s fantastic to see more than just a “kawaii-fied” Cthulhu; thank you for sharing, Nicole!

This is a small drawing for “Puffed Shoggoths,” Trevor Henderson’s H.P. Lovecraft zine. “Call of Cthulhu” was the first Lovecraft story I read, and I worked on some “Shadow Over Innsmouth” drawings in my senior year at MICA. Despite all the cool monsters in his work, I was always more impressed by the crushing sense of galactic solitude Lovecraft infused his work with. The idea that Earth is the last bastion of sanity in the cosmos and that catching the slightest glimpse of the true workings of the universe is enough to drive a man insane, well, that’s pretty neat, huh?

Lo malo de tener una mascota procedente de R’lyeh es que te llena la alfombra de mocos y ademas se come a las visitas…. bueno esto último no está tan mal.
Gracias Miguel!!!

Here’s another H.P. Lovecreature for cool-guy-of-all-cool-guys Trevor Henderson’s H.P.L themed zine, Puffed Shoggoths!  I decided to draw Nyarlathotep this time, not the Dunwich Horror like I had planned.  I’m still planning on drawing that creep too! but, the idea of a crazy wailing giant with a tentacle for a head spoke to me a little bit more for some weird reason!

Thank you JG!

Here’s a piece I did for ultra-dude #1 Trevor Henderson’s H.P. Lovecraft zine Puffed Shoggoths!  I did a drawing based on the story “Dagon”, which is one of my favorites.  I may try and get a second one done for the zine, possibly based on another one of my favorite Lovecraft stories, “The Dunwich Horror”.
